CARP OR SAZAN BRAISED IN BEER
Requires: 700-800 grams of fish, 1 glass of diluted vinegar, 1.5 glasses of beer, 120 g of white bread, 60 g raisins, 1.5 tbsp. l. Butter, salt, black ground pepper, lemon peel.

dark beer, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, bay leaf, parsley, black ground pepper.
Cooking recipe with beer. Prepared fish cut into pieces, salt and put on 30
minutes into a cool place. Chop onion, fry in oil, sprinkle with flour and
continue frying for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Dilute beer, sprinkle finely
chopped parsley, add crushed garlic, ground pepper and Bay leaf.

the dishes with a lid and simmer all on low heat until ready for an hour.
Carefully drain the sauce, fill it with flour, pounded with butter, boil,
season with salt. Place the fish on a dish, pour in sauce, decorate with lemon slices and
branches of green parsley. Serve boiled cauliflower with garnish.
RECIPE WITH BEER: FISH IN BEER SAUCE

For broth: 1 parsley root, 1 onion, 2 bay leaves, several peas of black

Lay the pasta layer on the bottom of a buttered saucepan. Place the fish from above.
Fill it with beer sauce, sprinkle with oil and bake in the oven.
So you can cook pike, pike perch, whitefish, catfish, halibut.
FISH IN BEER MARINADE
Required: 1 kg of any fish, 4 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, 2 medium carrots, 2 large
