COCKTAIL “HONEY”


Required: 50 ml of rum, 50 ml of gooseberry juice, 4 tbsp. L. natural honey, 4 egg
yolk, 150 ml of cooled dry white wine.
Cooking method. Gooseberry brew until the berries are not started crack. Then remove the pan from the fire and wipe the berries through a sieve. The resulting juice сool. In the shaker, mix the yolks, gooseberry juice, honey, rum. Pour into glasses. At the very end of the preparation, add the cocktail to the chilled dry white wine. Put the ice.

COCKTAIL “PERSIAN SWEET”

It is required: 30 ml of rum, 1 peach, juice of 1 lemon, 20 ml of sugar syrup, 200 ml of milk.
Cocktail recipes. Peel the peach from the peel, remove the stone, cut into
small pieces and whisk together with a mixer, add lemon-juice, sugar syrup and milk. This
mixture pour into a large glass, add rum. Stir. Serve chilled.

COCKTAIL “AT THE ZAR”

Requires: 40 ml of rum, 30 ml of lemon-juice, 20 ml of orange-juice, 10 ml
sugar syrup, 100 ml of red wine.
Cocktail recipes. In the shaker mix the lemon and orange-juice, add
rom. In high glasses put a few pieces of ice and pour out the resulting mixture.
Do not stir. At the very end, add red wine in each glass. Not stir.

RUM-DRINKS: “GRAPEFRUIT IN ROME”

Required: 50 ml of rum, 15 ml of pomegranate syrup, 20 ml of grapefruit-juice (you can
more), 2 slices of food ice.
Cocktail recipes. In high glasses, pour first syrup, then rum, put
pieces of ice, and at the very end of the preparation add grapefruit juice.

RUM-DRINKS: “ON THE ISLAND OF THE KNIFE”

Required: 20 ml of rum, 20 ml of tangerine liqueur, 20 ml of champagne, 1 egg.
Cocktail recipes. In a tall glass, mix rum and liquor, add gently
yolk, so as not to damage its shell.
Add chilled champagne. Do not mix. Place ice cubes. Drink in small sips.

RUM-DRINKS: “MUSCAT”

Required: 20 ml of rum, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp. L. sugar, 20 ml of dessert wine, 20 ml
champagne, 5 grams of ground cinnamon, 5 grams of grated nutmeg.
Cocktail recipes. Whisk egg yolk with sugar, add cinnamon, nutmeg
walnut, rum. Add the dessert wine, stir. Pour the resulting mixture into glasses
(three quarters of a glass). Add the champagne.

RUM-DRINKS: “GOLDEN MANDARINS”

Required: 50 ml of rum, 50 ml of tangerine liqueur, 50 ml of wine punch or Madera,
30 ml of champagne.
Cocktail recipes. Pour out rum, liqueur, punch or madera on glasses. Beverages
stir. The glass should be half filled. Add cold champagne.

RUM-DRINKS: “DRINKING”

Required: 20 ml of rum, 20 ml of orange-juice, 20 ml of orange syrup, 10 ml of sugar syrup, lemon peel, 2 pieces of ice, canned or fresh cherries,
seasoned in alcohol.
Cocktail recipes. In one glass, mix the ice, rum, liqueur, juice and syrup.
Pour the mixture into a tall glass, add a few cherries and zest.

RUM-DRINKS: “CREAM”

Required: 50 ml of rum, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. L. sugar, 30 ml chilled champagne, 0.5
a glass of cream, a little grated chocolate or 1 tsp. cocoa powder.
Cocktail recipes. Whisk the egg with sugar, add the rum.
With the resulting mass fill the half-high glass.
Add chilled champagne. On top decorate with whipped cream, which
premix with either grated chocolate, or with cocoa powder.

RUM-DRINKS: “YOUR JOY”

It is required: 0,5 glasses of food ice, 40 ml of rum, 20 ml of lemon-juice, 50 ml
orange juice, 1 tsp. sugar syrup, 100 ml of dry red wine, 50 ml
chilled champagne.
Cocktail recipes. In one glass, mix food ice, rum, orange and
lemon juice, dry wine and sugar syrup. All thoroughly mix and add
chilled champagne. Decorate the cocktail with lobes of lemon and orange, sprinkled with
powdered sugar.

RUM-DRINKS: “RUBIN”

Required: 50 ml of rum, 20 ml of pomegranate juice, 20 ml of grape juice, 50 g of pulp
melons, 3 ice cubes, 30 ml chilled champagne.
Cocktail recipes. Take a high glass, fill it with ice (a quarter). Pour garnet and grape juice, put chopped melon pulp, do not stir. Slowly pour in the rum. After this, gently add the cooled champagne. Serve immediately after preparation.

RUM-DRINKS: “COFFEE WITH RUM”

Required: 50 ml of rum, 100 ml of champagne, 1 tsp. soluble coffee, 1 egg, 3 tsp. sugar.
Cocktail recipes. Whisk the egg with sugar, add the instant coffee and i champagne. The resulting cocktail is cooled, mixed thoroughly and add rum.
Pour out a glass, put a piece of ice in each.

RUM-DRINKS: “RUM MALINA”

Required: 40 ml of rum, 20 ml of “Southern” liqueur, 20 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml
crimson juice.
Cocktail recipes. Mix lemon and raspberry juices.
Add “Southern” liqueur first, then rum. Do not mix.
Serve with an ice cube.

RUM-DRINKS: “GOLDEN TREE”.

Required: 20 ml of rum, 20 ml of sherry brandy, 50 ml of orange juice, 30 ml of cognac,
20 ml of lemon juice, crushed ice.
Cocktail recipes. This cocktail is prepared in a high wine glass. To the bottom
glasses put the crushed ice. First pour in rum, then sherry-brandy, orange juice and cognac. The most the latter is poured into lemon juice. This cocktail does not need to be stirred. He drinks very much fast. Serve it with fruits. Pay special attention to citrus fruits.

RUM-DRINKS: “DEAR GUESTS”

Required: 20 ml of rum, 20 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of raspberry juice, 20 ml
“Southern” liquor.
Cocktail recipes. In a tall glass, mix raspberry juice, sugar syrup and
“Southern” liqueur. Mix everything thoroughly. In the same glass, slowly pour rum. If
you like cocktails stronger, add more rum and liquor. Serve with fruit.

RUM-DRINKS: “LIGHT”

Required: 20 ml of rum, 20 ml of cognac, 10 ml of “Southern” liqueur, 10 ml of “Cherry”
liqueur, 10 ml of lemon juice.
Cocktail recipes. In a deep dish, mix rum, cognac, liqueurs. Add
lemon juice. Pour out the glasses. In each glass or glass, dip the cherry or lemon slice, sprinkled with powdered sugar.

RUM-DRINKS: “CUBAN”

Required: 50 ml of Cuban-rum “Havana Club”, 10 ml of strawberry syrup, 20 ml
grapefruit juice, 10 ml of any bitter herbal tincture (to taste), 2 pieces of ice.
Cocktail recipes. Pour rum and syrup into a tall glass.
Place ice cubes. After this, add the juice of grapefruit. At the very end of the cocktail
add a few drops of bitter tincture on the herbs.

RUM-DRINKS: “MEETING WITH VIETNAM”

Requires: 30 ml of Vietnamese-rum, 25 ml of cognac, 25 ml of lemon juice, slice lemon.
Cooking method. Mix the drinks well and decorate the glass with a slice lemon.

Requires: 20 ml of rum, 20 ml of “Southern” or “Spicy” liquor, 20 ml of orange Juice.

Add chilled rum and liquor.
Drink a cocktail chilled, but do not put ice. This will worsen the taste of the cocktail.

Required: 50 ml of rums, 20 ml of “Southern” liqueur, 30 ml of apricot juice.
Cocktail recipes. In a high glass mix “Southern” liqueur, rum and
apricot juice. As a garnish you can use canned or fresh
berries of apricots. In order to shade the taste of apricot juice, serve a circle
orange.

Required: 70 ml of rum, 20 ml of dry vermouth, 10 ml of sugar syrup.
Cocktail recipes. In a wide glass mix vermouth, rums and syrup. Serve
together with fresh or canned cherry berries.

It is required: 50 ml of rum, juice of 1 lemon, several pieces of ice, lemon peel.
Cocktail recipes. Mix rum, lemon juice and ice.
Pour over a wide glass, add the lemon zest.

Required: 50 ml of rum, 10 ml of mint liquor, 10 ml of orange liqueur, 20 ml

Required: 40 ml of rum, 20 ml of “Southern” liqueur, 10 ml of ashberry brandy tincture,
2 pieces of ice.
Cocktail recipes. Mix rum, “Southern” liqueur and rowan tincture.
The tincture can be replaced with rowan liqueur or any cognac. Serve with ice.

RUM-DRINKS: “DEAR LONG”

Required: 30 ml of rum, 30 ml of cognac, 30 ml of vermouth, 10 ml of “Southern” liquor.
Cocktail recipes. Mix alternately rum, cognac, vermouth and liquor. Not
shaking, drink.

RUM-DRINKS: “RUM WITH MARTINI”

Required: 40 ml of rum, 30 ml of vermouth “Martini”.
Cocktail recipes. Mix rum and dry vermouth “Martini”.
Decorate with a circle of lemon. Serve chilled.

Required: 60 ml of white-rum, 20 ml of dessert red vermouth, lemon peel.
Cocktail recipes. Mix white rum and vermouth. Top with lemon zest.

RUM-DRINKS: “HYDRANGEA”

Required: 20 ml of rum, 20 ml of orange juice, 20 ml of raspberry juice, 1 tbsp. L.
whipped cream, 1 ice cube.
Cocktail recipes. Mix rum, juice and liquor. Put an ice cube on the bottom, and
over whipped cream.

RUM-DRINKS: “AROMATIC”

Required: 20 ml of rum, 50 ml of red table wine, 20 ml of sugar syrup, juice of 1
lemon, 200 ml of mineral water, 2 cubes of ice.
Cocktail recipes. In the glass, mix the red wine (preferably “Cabernet”), rum,
lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Before serving, the cocktail is supplemented with chilled mineral water.

RUM-DRINKS: “GOLDEN QUEEN”

Required: 20 ml of rum, 20 ml of apricot liqueur, 20 ml of apricot juice, 20 ml
white port.
Cocktail recipes. Mix apricot juice, liquor, port and rum. In a glass
put a peeled orange circle.

RUM-DRINKS: “STRAWBERRY”

Requires: 70 ml of rum, 30 ml of strawberry syrup, 100 g of fruit ice cream,
fresh or canned strawberry berries.
Cocktail recipes. Strawberry syrup mix with rum, put fruit
ice cream, mix. Pour out the glasses, put 1 strawberries on top.

RUM-DRINKS: OF THREE CAPTAINS

Required: 50 ml of rum, 50 ml of port, 50 ml of champagne, 40 ml of sugar syrup,
several circles of lemon.

and white-rum. All mix and serve chilled.

RUM-DRINKS: “ISLAND”

It is required: 50 ml of rum, juice of 1 lemon, 40 ml of sugar syrup, a piece of lemon peel, 2 cube of ice.
Cocktail recipes. In the rum, add sugar syrup and lemon juice. Carefully
stir. Add lemon rind and ice cubes. Stir, serve cooled.
