BEER SOUP ORIGINAL
Required: 1.5 liters of light beer, 2-3 cloves, a piece of cinnamon, 250 g of sour cream, 200 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, toasts.
Recipe for making a beer soup. Boil the beer with cinnamon and cloves, strain. Yolks
carefully separate from proteins and mix with sour cream. Connect hot beer with sour cream and yolks. Pour into the soup bowl. Separately serve cottage cheese and toasts.
RECIPE BEER SOUP
Required: 1.5 liters of light beer, a pinch of cinnamon, 3 eggs, 100-150 g of sugar, 1 tsp. salt, black ground pepper, greens, toasts.
Recipe for making a beer soup. Boil a beer with seasonings. Separate yolks from proteins and rub with sugar and salt until a lush mass is formed. Add the beaten yolks in half
hot beer, stir and combine with the rest of the beer. Garnish with greenery and serve with
toasts, cut into cubes.
BEER SOUP EXOTIC
Required: 1 liter of light beer, 3 eggs, 40 g of oil, 0.5 tsp. cinnamon, salt, black ground
pepper to taste, 2.5 tbsp. l. sugar, 40 g raisins, white bread.
Recipe for making a beer soup. Slice white bread, fry on both sides in butter
until golden brown. Beat the eggs, whip them, slowly pour the beer, also continuing
whisk. Pour a half cup of water, mix and fill with this mixture of toasted bread.
Warm everything on low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 10 minutes. Add sugar, salt, seasonings and stir well. At the bottom of the tureen, put slices of white bread, pour
on top of raisins, and then pour soup. Serve hot.
SOUP WITH BEER “ON HUNGARIAN
Required: 1 liter of light beer, 1 lemon, 3 yolks, 8 tbsp. l. sugar, salt, black ground pepper
to taste, 2 cloves, cinnamon.
Recipe for making a beer soup. Bring to a boil 1 liter of good beer, add lemon juice,
cinnamon, clove, black ground pepper and finely chopped zest. Stir yolks with
sugar and salt to make the mixture foamy. Hot beer, slowly and gently stirring,
pour into the yolks. Mix the mixture on a plate and whisk until it thickens. Before

MUSHROOM SHEPHERD WITH BEER
Requires: 600 g of fresh mushrooms, 2 onions, 0.5 liters of light beer, 2 tablespoons. l. sour cream, greens, salt, black ground pepper.
Recipe for making a beer soup. In the mushroom broth put sliced mushrooms, bring
to boil, add beer, sliced onions, greens, sour cream, salt.
