Pumpkin – 1 kg
Chicken bouillon – 1 l
Cream – 200 g
Red onion – 1 head
Butter -100 grams
Brandy – 50 grams
Seeds of pumpkin peeled – 50 grams
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 6 denticles
Parsley – 20 grams
Salt – Taste
Black pepper powder – Taste

Cooking first course Cream – soup of pumpkin:

   1. Cut the onions and garlic finely and fry in a deep saucepan in butter. Onion grill until soft, and garlic until a strong aroma.

   2. Pour the pumpkin pulp into the saucepan and fry it with onion and garlic. Do not forget to stir and watch so that nothing burns.

   3. As soon as the pumpkin softens a little, pour on the brandy frying pan and fry another 5 minutes before evaporating the alcohol.

   4. Pour the contents of the saucepan with chicken broth, add salt, sugar and pepper and cook a little more. The resulting porridge is passed through the blender along with the cream and parsley.
